Tivoli Theater Development

Delivery Date: The Tivoli is officially open as of early December. According to the December edition of the InTowner "Retail shops along 14th Street, including a Wachovia Bank branch and a Blockbuster video store, are expected to open beginning in January and continuing throughout the first half of the year. The Giant Foods store along Park Road is slated to open its doors in May and the residential portion of the development, lining Monroe Street, is on sale now."

Information:
The tivoli has been closed for 25 years. The new development will include a Giant Supermarket, Condos, a 250 seat theater, a Wachovia, a coffe shop, an ice cream shop and a Blockbuster.
December Update:
Blockbuster and Wachovia will be in the Tivoli. Ruby Tuesday is rumored to be the restaurant in the Tivoli.
June 05 Update:
Wachovia is now open

Ruby Tuesday development has been progressing. The dividing wall between Ruby Tuesday and the narrow lot on the Tivoli site plan has been added.
Kudo Beans has updated the store opening date from Late 2005 to Spring 2006 on the Official Kudo Bean website.
