To: All Potential Lamont Street Loft Condo Prospects

RE: Scheduling meetings to purchase a condo at the Lamont Street Lofts
City Living Realty, LLC and the Neighborhood Development Company, LLC would like to thank you for your interest in purchasing a condominium at the Lamont Street Lofts. This exciting condo development features 38 New York style loft units in the historic Arcade-Sunshine building at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Lamont Street in the Columbia Heights neighborhood.
We have received over 900 inquiries into this project. Due to this overwhelming interest, conversations with prospective buyers will be “By Appointment Only”. We anticipate launching sales on Monday, October 4, 2004. We will begin scheduling meetings at 8:00 AM, Tuesday, September 28, 2004. Meetings will be scheduled in 30-minute increments on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only emails received after 8:00 AM on Tuesday, September 28 will be considered. We will be in contact to confirm your meeting slot. If you are unable to make the initial meeting time suggested, your name will be resubmitted for scheduling based upon the timing of your request for alternative meeting time. Based upon the interest in the project, we recommend that you accommodate your initial meeting time slot.
Condominiums will also be sold on a first come, first serve basis. A financing pre-approval letter is required to secure a meeting. Please bring all relevant documentation to your appointment along with a checkbook. Deposits of 5% of purchase price will be required to secure a property. All issues related to a condo purchase will be addressed at your meeting, including, price, deposit escrow, floor plans, location in building, condo fees, parking and signing of sales contracts.
