Union Square.

password pnh if prompted. Please note that pricing is subject
to
change without notice.
In order
to reserve
a unit in the Flats, please call our Midtown Sales and
Design Center at 202-232-1997 ext. 202 to schedule
an
appointment to write a reservation. During this initial
release,
a limited
number of condominiums in the Flats will be available for
reservation. Due
to the high number of calls that we received after our
previous
Union Square
e-mail, please leave a message with all of your contact
information (home/office/cell numbers), so
that we can reach you. Please call or leave a message only on
extension 202,
as this extension as been set up specifically for this
release. Please note that these appointments are NOT
preview
appointments or informational sessions.
In order
to schedule your
reservation appointment, you will need to be prepared with a
reservation deposit of seven percent (7%) of the
purchase price and a letter of pre-approval from a lender.
You
