8th
floors at The Flats at Union Square. Pricing can be found on
our
website at
www.pnhoffman.com. Use the password pnh if prompted. Please
note that
pricing is subject to change without notice.
In order
to reserve
a unit on the 7th or 8th floors in The
Flats, please
call our Midtown Sales and Design Center at 202-232-1997,
ext.
203,
to schedule an appointment to write a reservation. During
this
limited
release, only 15 reservation appointments will be available
for
units on the
7th and 8th floors. Due to the high number
of calls
that we received after our previous Union Square e-mail,
please
leave a
message with all of your contact information
(home/office/cell
numbers), so
that we can reach you. Please call or leave a message on
extension 203 only,
as this extension has been set up specifically for this
release.
We will
contact people in the order in which we receive voicemail
messages. Please
note that these appointments are NOT preview appointments
or
informational sessions.
In order
to schedule your
reservation appointment, you will need to be prepared with a
reservation deposit of seven percent (7%) of the
purchase price and a letter of pre-approval from a lender.
You
